Monaco Fine Arts

Task:

Monaco Fine Arts is a contemporary art gallery in Monte Carlo. The gallery was established by a British curator and racer Michael McKee in 1976. A place visited by famous people, like Frank Sinatra, is known for its special essence and unique expositions. So when we received a task to create a logotype for the gallery, we knew that it should represent the whole history and a glimpse to the modern future.

Result:

a logotype that reflects the identity of the gallery: both in terms of colour (red colour of the Principality of Monaco flag) and shape (square – a hint to a painting) as well as details (triangles – an exclusive detail of the coat of arms of Monaco). The logotype is simple and minimalistic at the same time and does not obscure the gallery itself.

It all starts with a conversation.

So let's talk
